1 kg pork shoulder
Pork liver
Carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper
Hot dogs (optional)
Tomato sauce, oyster sauce
Garlic, onions, tomatoes
Bay leaves

Fry vegetables and hotdogs until browned, set aside.
Cook liver briefly, set aside.
